1、 Basic information
1. Schematic diagram of the appearance of exhibits

2. Introduction to Exhibits
Exhibitions are located in the Energy and Environment exhibition area of the Life Technology Exhibition Hall. They consist of a wave energy generation device consisting of a piston with a handle (marked 1), a coil (marked 2), a magnet (marked 3), an LED light bulb (marked 4), a float (marked 5), a water tank (marked 6), and other components. The audience drives the piston to move by operating the handle, creating waves and causing the three floats in the water tank to move up and down. This drives the magnet connected to the floats to move up and down in the coil, generating electricity and lighting up the LED bulb next to them.
3. Display purpose
Exhibition items showcase the working principle of mechanical wave energy generation to the audience through interactive physical models.
4. Exhibition knowledge points
Wave energy generation is the production of electrical energy powered by the energy of waves. There are thousands of power generation methods, which are mainly divided into three categories based on the intermediate energy conversion process: mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Mechanical power generation is the process of converting the kinetic energy of wave energy into electrical energy through a mechanical transmission mechanism. Exhibitions convert the reciprocating motion of waves into the up and down motion of a float, which drives the magnet to move up and down in the coil, cutting the magnetic induction line and generating induced current.

6. Notes
1) Handle design limit device;
2) All materials and parts must be made of waterproof and anti rust materials, such as stainless steel, ABS, etc;
3) Transparent acrylic requires anti fogging treatment.
