Sound Suspension - Customization of Science Museum Exhibitions, Campus Community Science Popularization Equipment, Source Manufacturer of Science Exhibitions Description and Introduction of Scientific Principles:
Exhibitions are composed of organic glass tubes, exhibition stands, small balls, etc. Sound is transmitted in the form of waves. During the transmission of sound waves, when encountering obstacles such as small balls, an average forward pressure in the same direction as the sound propagation is generated on the ball, causing it to rise. When sound waves are transmitted to the top of the pipe mouth, they are reflected, forming waves with the same amplitude, wavelength, and frequency but opposite directions. The two waves move towards each other and interfere with each other to produce a composite wave. The composite wave interacts with the ball, generating a vertical upward force that overcomes the ball's gravity and suspends it in the air.
