Science Behind It

The clutch is located between the engine and gearbox of a car, playing a role in transmitting the power generated by the engine to the gearbox. When a car is running, it needs to change its driving force according to different driving conditions, and this change is achieved through the clutch. From the schematic diagram, it can be seen that the clutch is mainly composed of components such as flywheel, clutch cover, pressure plate, diaphragm spring, etc. The lever in this exhibit represents the pedal in a manual transmission car. When the clutch pedal is pressed, the diaphragm spring tightens, and the pressure plate and friction cover move away from the flywheel. Under the action of the spring, the pressure plate creates a gap with the pressure plate, and the clutch is in a disengaged state. When the clutch pedal is released, the diaphragm spring extends and the pressure plate moves forward, pushing the friction cover to press the flywheel surface and move together, and the clutch is in the engaged state.

Product structure: Designed with a science museum booth. The booth is made of 1.2mm galvanized steel plate, and the tabletop is made of 12mm anti PET plate. The internal carbon steel and damping shock pads are reserved, and heat dissipation holes are reserved. It is equipped with leakage protection device, and the modular design is convenient for later maintenance. All sheet metal components are treated with electrostatic spraying technology.
