1. Content:
Exhibition items mainly consist of spotlights, flat mirrors, solar panels, airplane models, etc. Rotate the plane mirror to allow light to shine onto the solar panels on the aircraft. The panels will convert light energy into electrical energy, similar to a small solar power plant working. Then, the electrical energy drives the motor inside the model aircraft, which in turn drives the propeller to rotate, generating thrust to propel the aircraft into flight.
2. Principle:
This exhibition items demonstrate the principles of plane mirror reflection and energy conversion by controlling the flight of an aircraft model.
The light rays that hit the plane mirror and the reflected light rays are equal to the acute angle between the plane mirror. When light shines on the solar panel, photon energy is converted into electrical energy, causing the motor to work and the propeller to rotate, making the airplane model move.
3. Purpose:
Exhibitions showcase the process of converting light energy into electrical energy, which not only exercises participants' hand eye coordination and reflexes, but also adds fun, allowing the audience to learn about solar energy related knowledge in the game.
