Newton's Third Law - Science Museum Exhibitions, Customized Manufacturer of Interactive Science Popularization Equipment in Campus Communities and Streets, Exhibition Description and Introduction to Scientific Principles:

Newton's third law reveals the essence of force: force is the interaction between objects. The exhibition items consist of an air cannon, pendulum, ball, track, shell recovery device, and exhibition stand. The air cannon, driven by compressed air, can shoot small balls at three different distances depending on their distance, and the shooting distance can be chosen by the participants. When the cannon is fired, it exerts a force on the shell. As the shell moves forward, a reaction force of the same magnitude but opposite direction will cause the cannon body to move backward. When the cannon body retreats, it will hit the pendulum located behind it. The amplitude of the pendulum swing indicates the magnitude of the reaction force acting on the cannon body.
