① On one side of the staff, there are seven staff lines on the surface of the booth. On the left side of the booth, there is one high and one low score number selection button, and on the right side, there are three instrument buttons representing piano, violin, and yangqin. Children can listen to music played by different instruments and learn about timbre. The note model is a standard sized acrylic module representing an eighth note, with adjustable scales that can be moved up and down.
② On one side of the brochure, insert the digital acrylic module into the desktop groove to be recognized. There are also three instrument buttons on the booth, representing piano, violin, and yangqin respectively. The graphic version introduces the relationship between simplified notation and staff notation.
2. Principle
① Pentagram is a widely used notation method in the world, which records music by marking notes of different time values and other symbols on five equidistant parallel horizontal lines. The earliest place of origin is Greece, which has a history much earlier than the simplified notation of numbers.
② Simplified notation refers to a simple method of notation. There are two types of notation: alphabetical notation and numerical notation. It originated in 18th century France and was later improved by the Germans, resulting in its current appearance. The commonly referred to simplified spectrum refers to digital simplified spectrum. It is a simplified notation commonly used to represent scales such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
③ Note duration, also known as note value or pitch value, is used in sheet music to express the relative duration between notes.
④ Tone refers to the sensory characteristics of sound. Different voices and sounds can be distinguished into different timbres.
⑤ The pitch is determined by the frequency of the sound body's vibration, and the loudness is determined by the amplitude of the sound body's vibration. However, different sound bodies produce different timbres due to different materials and structures. In this way, we can distinguish different sound bodies based on their timbres. Generally speaking, people's ability to distinguish timbres is innate, and music timbres are divided into human timbres and instrumental timbres. The human voice is characterized by high, medium, and low tones, and there is a distinction between males and females; The timbre of instrumental music is mainly divided into string instruments and wind instruments, and the timbre of various percussion instruments is also different.
3. Purpose
By arranging note models and listening to interactive self composed music, visitors can understand and master the knowledge of notes, tones, staff, and simplified notation, cultivating musical sense and creativity.
