Air Bubbles/Bubbles Running Fast/Slow Bubbles/Bubble Beats/Bubble Competitions/Rising Bubbles - Science Museum Exhibits Scheme
What It Shows
The exhibition items demonstrate Boyle's law by observing the different motion states of bubbles in three different density liquids. There are three air pumps on the booth, each corresponding to three containers. source factory of science museum exhibits - Shanghai Inertia Automation Co., Ltd. Please note that the containers contain liquids of different densities. The pump on the control panel is used to inflate the bottom of the container. The audience can see that during the rising process of the bubbles, the bubbles in the containers containing water, paraffin oil, and kerosene gradually increase in volume due to the decreasing pressure.
Science Behind It
Boyle's Law was proposed by the British chemist Boyle in 1662 based on experimental results: for a quantitative gas in a closed container, at a constant temperature, the pressure and volume of the gas are inversely proportional. source factory of science museum exhibits - Shanghai Inertia Automation Co., Ltd. This is the first law discovered in human history. So during the rising process of bubbles, as the pressure gradually decreases, their volume gradually increases.
How to Operate
1. Use force to press the air pump;
2. Compare the rising observation phenomena of bubbles in different tubes.

AIR BUBBL
According to Boyle ’ s law, when the temperature is constant, the air volume of a fixed amount is reversely proportional to pressure intensity. Production source factory of exhibits in science museum--Shanghai GuanLiang(inertia) Automation Co., Ltd reminds everyone that Because high density and high viscosity of the liquid, the intermolecular acting force is very big, so the air bubble formed has an adequate volume and the resisting force when the air bubble rises up is relatively, therefore the rising speed is slow, but as the air bubble rises up, its pressure intensity acted by the liquid is gradually reduced, thus it gradually becomes big.
