Newton's Third Law/Acting and Reacting Forces - Science Museum Exhibits Scheme
Exhibition items description
Exhibitions consist of exhibition booths, elastic structures, and two small cars. The track, elastic device, and trolley device are arranged in sequence on a straight track with an inclination angle.
When the audience participates in the interaction, they first operate the small car to move to both ends of the device. Under the elastic device, when the spring is released, the two small cars move in opposite directions, proving that the force and reaction force between the two objects are always on the same straight line at the same time, equal in size, and opposite in direction.
form of expression
Mechanical interaction
How to Operate
1. Operate two small cars to both ends of the track;
2. The car moves towards the center position of the track under the action of elasticity;
3. After the collision of the two cars, they move in opposite directions;
4. When considering the forces and reactions between two objects, they are always on the same straight line at the same time, with equal magnitude and opposite direction.
