1. Content:

The exhibition items consist of shaped walls, different types of screws and nuts, different types of screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers models, etc. Build a decorative wall with holes for fixing nuts and screws that can be installed. There is a screw storage slot under the styling wall. There are real sized toy tools suspended above the wall, such as various sizes of screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc., allowing visitors to understand various commonly used tools. On the modeling wall, there are schematic diagrams and simple graphic and textual explanations of the purpose and usage of various tools. Visitors first select a screwdriver, then choose the corresponding screw, search for the corresponding nut, and finally screw the screw into the nut. The head models of screwdrivers include straight, cross, triangular, square, and hexagonal, which are used to tighten different screws.

2. Principle:

The screwdriver utilizes the working principle of the wheel axle when used to tighten screws. The larger the wheel, the more effortless it is, so using a screwdriver with a thick handle is more effortless than using a screwdriver with a thin handle to tighten screws. A screwdriver is a tool used to turn screws to force them into place, usually with a thin wedge-shaped head that can be inserted into the slot or recess of the screw head - called a "screwdriver" in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Shandong Henan and Shaanxi dialects, a "screwdriver" in Jiangxi, Anhui, Hubei and other regions, a "screwdriver" in the central and western regions, and a "rotary chisel" in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Screw is the general term for fasteners. Screws are tools that use the physical and mathematical principles of the inclined circular rotation and friction of an object to gradually tighten the mechanical parts of the object. Screws play an important role in industry, and as long as there is industry on Earth, the function of screws will always be important. Screw is a common invention in people's production and life for thousands of years. According to its application field, it is the first great invention of humanity.

A nut is a component that is screwed together with a bolt or screw to provide a fastening effect. A nut is a part that tightly connects mechanical equipment. Only nuts and bolts of the same specification can be connected together through internal threads. For example, the M4-P0.7 nut can only be connected to bolts in the M4-P0.7 series (in nuts, M4 refers to the inner diameter of the nut being approximately 4mm, and 0.7 refers to the distance between two threaded teeth being 0.7mm)

3. Purpose:

Exhibition items allow visitors to learn about screws, understand their functions, learn how to pair screws and nuts, and explore screw tightening methods through hands-on exploration.
