Display content: This exhibition items is a device resembling a flute, which is a wind instrument composed of multiple hollow organic glass tubes arranged in order from long to short or from short to long, and connected side by side. The bottom of the tubes is blocked with plugs, and airflow enters the tubes to produce different tones of high and low. Due to the varying lengths of glass pipes, the length of the air column inside the pipes also varies, resulting in different natural vibration frequencies for each pipe. Participants place their ears close to the openings of different glass tubes, allowing them to hear sounds of different pitches. It is because the air is filled with noise of various frequencies, and the natural vibration frequency of the air column inside the pipe is the same as the sound frequency inside the exhibition hall, which will produce a resonance.
