Exhibition items showcase the beauty of mechanical art and science through various mechanisms, including planetary gear systems, spatial linkages, intermittent groove wheel mechanisms, universal joint mechanisms, aperture mechanisms, irregular gear mechanisms, and crank hammer mechanisms. All the mechanisms on the wall are driven by motors. Through various physical demonstrations of classic sports mechanisms, the audience can watch their movement forms, understand their transmission principles and practical applications. Gears are mechanical components with teeth on the edges that can continuously engage and change the magnitude and direction of force. The classic mechanical structures such as gear transmission, crank slider mechanism, intermittent mechanism, and irregular gears in the exhibition items are organically combined for motion transmission and conversion.
Main technical parameters of exhibits:
Size: The customized main frame is made of 4 * 6cm thick 1.2mm steel welded together, and the appearance is wrapped with 304 stainless steel. The gear area is lined with 2mm thick steel plate. The main gears are made of carbon steel and POM wear-resistant plate, which are processed and formed in one go by CNC lathe. The transmission shaft is made of # 45 steel with a diameter of ￠ 22mm, equipped with high-strength flanges and tile seats.
