The Yeji Science Museum is located in Yeji District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province. It is a county-level (municipal) science popularization venue in western Anhui Province, with a total construction area of 2600 square meters and a permanent exhibition hall area of 1300 square meters. Free reservation for venue visits, open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday, closed for maintenance on Monday and Tuesday, serving the residents of Yeji District and surrounding towns, and supplementing the supply of grassroots science popularization in western Anhui.

The venue promotes cooperation between the venue and the school, connects all primary and secondary schools in the area to carry out off campus research, and provides group lectures. Regularly hold weekend science popularization classes and science experiment shows, and organize youth science and technology activities during winter and summer vacations. The science popularization caravan enters primary and secondary schools in rural areas, bringing interactive science popularization resources to rural students. The temperature and humidity changes significantly throughout the four seasons in the western Anhui region. Operation and maintenance personnel conduct daily exhibitions inspections, regularly repair and replace components such as motors and sensors, and ensure the stable operation of mechanical and electrical exhibitions. As a grassroots science popularization platform, Yeji Science Museum effectively enhances the scientific awareness of local youth.
